I arrived an hour early for my consultation because I was in the area and they were nice enough to see me early even when I told them if they couldn’t that would be ok. The consultation was very thorough and everyone I interacted with was very nice and answered all my questions. On the day of my surgery, everything was very efficient and fast. You can tell that they do this procedure a lot because they basically have it down to a science. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the actual surgery was very fast as well. The doctor was very nice and talked to me throughout the whole procedure and told me what he was doing or what was going to happen. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! One of the most important things to me is customer service and everyone that worked at this facility was super nice and professional. If you’re thinking of getting LASIK, then I recommend this place. The consultation is free so why not give it a shot?

I went to a second Lasik provider to get another consult because I wanted to make an informed decision. I was able to compare both their affordability and hospitality. I choose LVI because they were kind, patient and treated me like family. They were also affordable, most importantly, great customer service. After my procedure, they have continued be just as supportive as before! If you are thinking about getting Lasik, I highly recommend it and with LVI.

The staff was great, the surgery team had great music during surgery and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. Kim really helped make the process smooth for me, as I was very nervous. She explained everything in detail and answered any and all my questions. Every time I have come in the front staff are always smiling and so friendly, which makes it very welcoming. This office is the place to beat!!!!

They are great at helping you understand your options and any risk and reward that goes with it. It's always great to have your needs and concerns listened to and considered every step of the way. I especially like that they do not take a pushy approach. You're in control of how often you communicate with them. You can however expect long wait times, but the staff will check on you during your wait. Highly recommend them for your vision correction needs!
