It was very clear that my health concerns came second to what my companies insurance company was willing to pay for. Rather than listening to me as a patient, the doctor seemed focused solely on limiting care to whatever fit the insurance checklist, regardless of my symptoms or concerns. Medicine is supposed to be guided by the Hippocratic Oath—putting the patient’s well-being first. Unfortunately, that principle felt completely absent here. I tried to explain what I was experiencing, but my concerns were brushed aside in favor of doing only what insurance would approve, not what was medically appropriate or necessary. I expect a doctor to advocate for their patient, not act as an extension of an insurance company. If you’re looking for a provider who listens, shows concern, and prioritizes patient health over insurance reimbursement, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I just needed a drug screen but couldn't go the ladies did everything possible to assist with cold water and a few other goodies. I was very appreciative as it was closing time and I hated to be in their way.. thank you Ladies!
