I had a simple prescreening for employment and she got attitude after I called because I was going to be late due to me just getting free from my primary job. I ask if she's willing to wait 5 minutes after close so I can get this done under deadline and wanted to pop an attitude about how I can come in at 8am-4:30. I say, "your website says 5" comes the attitude and the hang up "that's when we close" ridiculous. I call back get put on hold, I'm just trying to get my test transferred at this point to someone who actually wanted to help people. She put me on hold then just hung up. I call back and she lets it ring no hold just hangs up. I call back to get the answering service telling me to call back during office hours. Honestly, avoid this location and go to skyharbor 24hrs and doesn't treat you like an "inconvenience". I get it I was running late, but there was no excuse I could only image how she treats actual patients.
