- KWKamryn West4 days ago1.0Waited two hours to be told "we don't do these tests", even though it is a very common test. Came home and confirmed that yes in fact they do this specific panel on the Sonoran Quest website myself. Was offered to do "some" on the list. To which I declined, asked for my lab slip back, she tried to hand me a copy of it and I had to demand the originals to discover she had marked it all up and written her notes on it. Lab Corp here I come.
- DBDarlene BuchananDec 22, 20253.0But I have to say a huge kudos, major, major kudos, and please give her a Christmas present to Bugsy. She was absolutely fantastic this morning. I went in and wasn’t feeling good and she is amazingly friendly and I went in for one doctor and asked her to look and see if they were other doctors. She found two other ones that needed to be done and she did all three doctors at one time. I can’t tell you what a blessing that is so that I don’t have to go down and sit again, so thank you so much Bugsy for your wonderful caring and professional demeanor!

Checked in, waited my 40 minutes and when called back told be it couldn't be done at that location and I had to go elsewhere. Paperwork says any location. Lady was very rude. I don't expect any better at the other location either.

- ANAnn NewberyOct 21, 20255.0Very impressed with Sonora Quest Laboratories… Sun City West, Arizona.I felt they handled the patient flow in a timely manner… Katy D was my phlebotomist… Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very relaxed and welcome… It is not easy to take my blood… She did an amazing job… Practically painless!
