Checked in, waited my 40 minutes and when called back told be it couldn't be done at that location and I had to go elsewhere. Paperwork says any location. Lady was very rude. I don't expect any better at the other location either.

Yesterday I went to a different office and they were unsuccessful drawing blood twice. The office was freezing cold which I believe caused my vein to collapse. Today. Bertha put a warm pad on my vein and my veins worked fine. A shout out to Bertha. I tried to reach her boss with no luck. So this review will have to do.thanks again Bertha.
