I had a pair of Warby Parker sunglasses, that I absolutely LOVED, stolen this weekend. I went to the Scottsdale Quarter Warby Parker, and the guy was able to search the exact pair I purchased in Chicago 3 years ago! What a service!!! I will definitely recommend WP to anyone who asks where I got my awesome sunglasses!

I went in to find some frames I was looking at on line. I was greeted by Patti, she informed me about what crystal was and the difference between crystal and clear. She told me how the lenses are organized. I found 2 pair I liked pretty quickly. I asked Patti for her opinion, Al also offered his opinion. They were both so kind and helpful. I was probably in and out in 20mins and that's w/questions and check out. Don't misinterpret I wasn't rushed, they were just so helpful and efficient and answered all my questions, even about the prescription I brought in from another eye exam.

Disappointing. The glasses I really liked were on display bit they wouldn't sell them to me even though they are the last ones available. I needed them quickly and couldn't wait to order online. Either way, the ones online were out of stock. Also, dont ever think you can speak to the store with a question. You have to call a customer service hotline and the store will email them back within 24 hours. Not very helpful. The woman who helped me out at the store was very nice, as always.

I goofed on my online purchase (Warby didn't) so went to the store and Michael helped me. He was very patient, digging out 6 different frames for me to try to replace the ones I was returning. I got it down to two frames, and I honestly let Michael make the final decision for me because he had demonstrated to me that he knew what he was talking about as far as style and fit. He then made sure to get my script correct, as I was using this pair for my work on the computer. I'd highly recommend this store because not only was Michael great, but as he was working in the back, another employee struck up a conversation, and she too was pleasant and very well presented. Go there for your glasses - oh, and they're pretty inexpensive, comparatively speaking!
