  Wow what a terrible experience. My wife received a text about a blood draw on 12/18. We went to see this location as she never had a blood draw. You can't see a human until you sign in. I signed in under her name and DOB. A very sad looking lady slammed open the plexiglass divider and called out her name. I told her I was her spouse and she was out in car and wanted to know if they could tell us what the text was. She very coldly with no expression said it looked like a blood draw. She told me that if they didn't do a blood draw Quest would not have any information. (Duh). I told her I wasn't stupid I knew that. I didn't know it the text was an order for a blood draw or not could she tell. She bluntly told me my wife would have to come in and ask that question. She looked like she hated working there and the last hing she wanted to do the day after Christmas was to deal with humans. I guess maybe Santa skipped her house.

  They tell you they’re ready for you and then they just make you wait. This place has terrible service. Would recommend going to a different lab.

  One Star becauae their hours are not even posted to google. I know that might seem petty, but had I known their hours, I would have planned better to show up. I hadn't ever heard of a Sonora Quest having summer hours, so this was ALL NEW to me. Possibly to others.

  I arrived at 7am, though worried when I saw 16 other people already in line ahead of me. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted with two helpful and friendly faces, had an excellent phlebotomist, and was in and out in 45 minutes! Thank you all for being efficient and for the great customer service!
