  One Star becauae their hours are not even posted to google. I know that might seem petty, but had I known their hours, I would have planned better to show up. I hadn't ever heard of a Sonora Quest having summer hours, so this was ALL NEW to me. Possibly to others.

  Honestly, one star is more than this office of this company deserves. I’m retired and to give me something useful to do, I drive for a company that provides transportation services for the Phoenix area. Today, June 5th 2025 I picked up a gentleman in South Scottsdale for transport to this Sonora Quest office. He was having some difficulties I’ll not go into here, but at the same time, in other ways he was very nice, communicative. It turns out the man had sometime in the past, had a stroke. He said he was recovering in some ways but other things remained difficult or at least a challenge. He clearly wasn’t especially organized and was unable to tie his shoes, to give you a couple examples. Furthermore, he didn’t know where he was going or why (I’ve no visibility how or who made this appointment, but I do know it’s often social workers or a medical professional. We drove to the address provided and found it was Sonora Quest labs. Because of the difficulties he was having, I went inside with him to offer any help needed. As we went inside, he seemed to remember he was there for a blood test. This office has absolutely no one to interface with customers or talk to. Instead they point at two terminals in the office for people to sign in. I banged on the glass and made someone come over and speak to me (minimally through the glass). I explained I was just a medical transporter and this man had recently had a stroke and perhaps needed a little more personal assistance. They were completely UNWILLING to provide any assistance! How would you feel about that were the person in this situation were one of your parents?

  My Drs paperwork failed after several requests to get there in time for my appts...the staff was so great & tried to help. I had to come 2 mornings at 6:30 (fasting) The 3rd morning it finally arrived and they got me right in. Thank you for your patience & dilligence. Pati P.S..Don't loose your paperwork, bring it with you !!

  The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. Making an appointment beforehand is definitely a plus. However, whenever I walk in for a blood draw, I rarely wait anymore than 15 minutes. This location by far is my favorite.
