  Staff were very pleasant 2 hour wait for walk in! Dr faxed orders over 3 times in a 45 minutes period showing successfully the fax was sent but their system never updated as if I had no orders I ended up paying for the blood work myself just to get out of there. Others in waiting room said they had similar waits at other locations even with an appointment Thanks Obamacare

  Terrible. You’re told to collect your urine for 24-hours and keep it cold. Instructed not to make an appointment for drop off. Checked their website today to confirm closing time. Hired an uber to take me. Only to arrive to see they scratched out the time they were closing for a staff meeting with an earlier time. Called to say I just needed to drop off a sample and am now taking an uber another 30 minutes south to drop them off. Pretty bad when they don’t update their website. There were a total of 8 other people who were fuming when he they saw the sign. Not a good way to conduct business. Updating your website is a simple thing to do when running a business.

  Great experience. The staff were efficient and caring. While waiting, I noted that the front desk staff went beyond to help customers. For example, one elderly couple forgot their orders and home and didn't remember the name of their doctor. The staff worked hard to track things down to make sure they didn't have to go home and get the order. It was more than I expected.

  Waited 1 hr 24 mins for fasting labs never called even though I asked the unfriendly woman at the desk 3 times where I was on the list! Blood draw was for my fasting type one diabetic 9 year old son. The horrific woman at the desk kept saying 15-20 mins without even looking up from her computer. Will NEVER fo back!
