All technicians should have clean hygiene. They look very dirty their nails are very dirty, felt very uncomfortable having them touch me it’s very important to have clean hygiene. Please evaluate your workers and make sure they are clean.

I have been going to for over 2 years and have never been greeted with a hello or welcome how can I help you. It always "do you have your order." Not customer friendly. They will also sign in every patient that walks in before drawing your blood, I have waited 20 minutes when I was the first one there. If I had the choice I would go elsewhere.
