  I couldn't even tell that Gisell drew my blood 😅. Probably the best draw I've ever had. I was there for maybe 10 or 15 min. They were quick!

  I walked in the last hour. They were open thinking there's no way I'll get an appointment but it's worth a shot, and not only did they get me but they got like 10 other people in 15 minutes. I literally couldn't believe how fast this was. I didn't call ahead or send them my information in advance. Bonus points to Giselle for getting my blood work on the first try, they couldn't even do that at Mayo clinic!

  40th St & Bell location - J was great. Five stars for them. But the first technician I saw, I think his name was Jonathan, was unfriendly and dismissive. I explained my circumstances to him and was completely ignored. He didn't even acknowledge that I had spoken to him. Very poor customer relations.

  Sonora quest has chosen not to answer their phones. On line only appointments. GOODBYE SONORA QWEST, this is very cold. I prefer to know my medical people care enough to answer a phone. THERE ARE SEVERAL LABS WHO STILL TALK TO YOU PERSONALLY
