  40th St & Bell location - J was great. Five stars for them. But the first technician I saw, I think his name was Jonathan, was unfriendly and dismissive. I explained my circumstances to him and was completely ignored. He didn't even acknowledge that I had spoken to him. Very poor customer relations.

  ZERO STARS – Absolutely unacceptable experience with a negligent nurse I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at Sonora Quest, 5111 N Scottsdale Rd. My 15-minute appointment turned into over an hour due to the negligence and lack of communication from a nurse named Pinky. She clearly didn’t know how to handle the billing codes and only entered half of my required bloodwork into the system. I had to catch the mistake myself and ask her to enter the rest. Had I not double-checked, important labs would’ve been missed entirely. Her communication was poor throughout the visit. When it came time to draw blood, she was visibly impatient with how slowly my blood was coming out—even though I said I was fine to wait. Instead of waiting a few minutes, she unnecessarily poked me four times in both arms. I left bruised and upset. When I calmly explained my frustration, she showed no concern or accountability. This kind of care is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as sensitive and important as medical testing. I won’t be returning to this location and I strongly advise others to go elsewhere for their lab work.

  Definitely the worst blood draw I’ve ever received - staff was nice enough about it but took 3 different pokes and a lottt of needle movement to get a couple of vials. A blood test shouldn’t take 20 minutes and be that painful. Both arms are sore and bruised and painful which I’ve never experienced before. Staff needs better training.

  I had no appointment and I waited about 10 minutes. Went at 1:30 or so on a Friday (today). I had a superb blood draw, performed by Rebecca (I am 95% sure that’s her name). I’m used to routine blood work so I know when someone has “good” technique (where you barely feel it and it’s just a little pinch.) She was phenomenal. We chatted about her kids and how she’s been doing this for 13 years. She was just so friendly and helped take my mind off the needle :) I will go back here again.

  Bad practice. Their billing is messed up and management is not helpful. they refused me for some bloodwork because of an old bill from 2015 that they claim was not paid while they sent invoice to the wrong address. raised my blood pressure instead of testing it. Just horrible.
