It was my first time ever doing acupuncture, and Dr. Xiao walked me through everything step-by-step in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. The whole team was very responsive, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and has a really peaceful atmosphere. After the session, they hosted a small gathering with food, hydration, and time to chat with the doctors. They answered all of my questions and really took the time to make sure everyone felt taken care of. Overall, an awesome experience and I’d highly recommend it—especially if it’s your first time trying acupuncture. Will definitely be coming back!
