The instructors who have made an effort to get to know me are some of the most compassionate, caring people I’ve encountered. They exude warmth, inclusiveness, and a general love for health and well-being. I look forward to seeing them. 2. I feel stronger. I am achieving personal results and I long for more. It keeps me coming back. 3. I feel centered. There is a level of CPY class to suit my needs every day. I can take a restorative class when my body calls for that, I can take a sculpt class when I need to step it up, and CPY offers everything in between. I feel a balance between mind and body that is so crucial, but it takes a special workout to achieve that harmony.
