- IIIMODec 22, 20251.0Reception staff friendly and if service was based on them alone, the rating would be higher. The doctor was the absolute worst. He did not examine me, was very dismissive of my symptoms , and did not spend more than a couple of minutes with me. He was even more annoyed that I advocated for myself, trying to get him to stop and listen which meant he had to spend another half a minute (I waited for over an hour, and would not have minded if the doctor had actually examined me). The place was empty, so it was not because he was overbooked. Concentra, do better and fire this doctor. IMO, he does not care about patients. This review is from someone who knows healthcare!

They treated me like a human being and not just another patient. I was very impressed. I am in the medical field and know How you should be treated Concentra definitely keep their patience above and beyond
