By 2:07pm I was walking out to my car and done with my labs! No, there was no front desk receptionist, but with the self check-in kiosk, it’s not really needed anyway. Great location, great and prompt service.

Love that I can set up an appointment via the Sonora Quest app, that is accommodating to my schedule, show up and be in and out in usually less than 20 minutes! Just went in on Christmas Eve morning for sone blood tests and Sparrow was my phlebotomist. Due to the amount of vials my tests required, I was extremely happy that she used a butterfly…which made the process quick and painless! She was super sweet and is truly a professional at her job!
- CZCat ZillaNov 24, 20251.0Worst lab you could possibly go to For starters no one talks to you at the front desk if you have a question, they’ll just stare at you and continue talking to each other until you go away. Second of all, this lab messed up my tests TWICE. they simply took my samples and just didn’t do the tests TWICE; once when the samples came directly from my doctor and the second time I came in myself and waited over an hour just for them to take my samples and not test it again because they “didn’t have enough” was their excuse which is BS because I overfilled that cup and they don’t even tell you they didn’t do it until you start harassing them because you haven’t received your results. Absolutely The most incompetent and rude staff.
