She informed us that Dr. Contreras was out of the office and would not be able to see my mother; however, she offered us the option of rescheduling or seeing the nurse practitioner. We chose to see Jen, the nurse practitioner, and she was lovely. Janey, the med tech, was very upbeat and kind and related to my mother well. Both were flexible in dealing with the age-related issues my mother is experiencing. The consult was a success and my mother left happy.
