The doctors and techs answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable about LASIK. On the day off, Dr. Perry was friendly and honest about the potential risks, alternative treatments, and potential results, given my poor eyesight, which I really appreciated. The procedure itself was a little nerve-wracking, but it was quick, and Dr. Perry was reassuring the whole time. It's now two days after, and while everything is still a little hazy (to be expected), I can see 100 times better, and I couldn't be happier! It's been 21 years since I haven't had to wear contacts or glasses, and now I don't need either! Yesterday was my first day ever driving without contacts or glasses!

I had a consultation on a Saturday to see if I was a good candidate and was scheduled for surgery the next Thursday. I just came in today, 24 hours later for a vision check and I was able to see the 20/12 line on the test, so even better than 20/20! My eyes are still a little red and irritated today, so I expect it could get even better after fully healing. I should have done the procedure years ago.
