Recently, I was sent to collections without any prior communication or explanation regarding an unexpected charge on my account. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for long-time clients who have consistently used their services. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all. I urge anyone considering Sonora Quest Laboratories to think twice. Poor customer service and lack of transparency are red flags that should not be ignored.
