The facility is very clean and I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. Great parking garage, as well.

Nurse must be new. Missed vein with big needle started fishing in my arm. Uncomfortable as hell. Hope it doesn’t bruise or bleed. Which I’m sure it will
This review is about the company, not the employees. The employees who helped me were lovely.
Arrived at 7:30am on the dot walk-in, waited for a full hour (expected) but there is no human being in the waiting room (unexpected) Receptionist is clearly needed because people can't seem to act right without supervision. Taking phone calls on speakerphone loudly, watching videos without headphones, bothering other patients, the works. Spend money on employing more human beings instead of investing in some silly kiosk that's going to get knocked over eventually. Patients should feel safe in a medical office, not wonder if they need to walk out because someone else can't behave. STOP TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AT THE COST OF YOUR PATIENTS, YOUR ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.

Phone is lost cause— 15 min wait! Terrible!Web site request don - you start with todays date 2025 I would roll back all the way to 1940’d— how ridiculous. WHERE is the staff!!! No receptionist-

This Sonora Quest location is a disappointment. You walk in to find no receptionist, just a self-check-in screen — confusing for many, especially older patients. It’s clear they’ve cut costs at the expense of patient care. My last two test results never reached my doctor, causing weeks of delay and extra hassle. If your health depends on timely results, avoid this lab.
