  Horrible service and poor customer service. This location was shut down Monday dec 15, 2025 due to a so called emergency. I had to go to the location on McDowell where I was in and out . I won’t be coming bsck to the laveen location no more.

  I visited Sonora Quest on Baseline/27th Ave.yesterday 12/12 at around 1:00PM. I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early just to make sure I'm not late. The waiting room was full but I wasn't worried because I had an appointment. Little did I know that it took forever. I was patient, waited and waited. I was number 8 on their screen. After 25 minutes, I became annoyed because I didn't move on the screen but 1 point, and there were walk-ins too. Then I asked on of the lab technicians when she came out to call someone's name why I was still number 7 after waiting 25 minutes beyond my appointment time. Does it make sense to have an appointment? She said she'd see what she could do. After 2 minutes I was called in. I have to say the people working there are very nice, no complaints. I think though that I was probably viewed as a complainer and awful patient............... It's the SYSTEM that the technicians have to work with that is broken, they are nice and competent.

  Appointments get called back on time/very close to on time. Highly recommend making an appointment. Office is very clean, everyone is professional.

  BE WARNED I've never had someone press down on the needle while the blood was flowing, it hurt and the way he pulled the needle out from my arm was unnecessary. Wont be going back to this location.
