  Terrible. Had my bloodwork done a couple months ago paid out of pocket fully in office but then got a second bill for $150 in the mail. Then when calling to go back for routine bloodwork from my doctor they say they cant find me in the system at all... How do they not have record of me getting my bloodwork done?! Definitely concerning. I believe Sabrina answered my call and was absolutely no help, rude and said "mmm I don't know" when asking how I wasn't even in their system. Terrible, especially when you're dealing with bloodwork that needs to get to doctors etc. Not going back just due to the lady answering the phones and unexpected bills. ZERO stars.

  I am here now with an appointment and proof of a confirmation of my appointment but it’s “not showing” on their end so now I have to wait with 4 people in front of me pushing my schedule back making me miss other appointments. The gentleman with a man-bin at the desk lack comprehension to say the least.

  I went to Sonora Quest for a blood draw and had a great experience. I arrived around 8:10 a.m. and was seen within five minutes. The check-in process on the kiosk was quick and easy, and my phlebotomist was fast, efficient, and professional. The facility is conveniently located on the first floor, and there’s both a large parking lot and a parking garage available (though it was fairly full even at 8 a.m.). Overall, a smooth and efficient visit, highly recommend this location!
