To better meet the needs of families with young children, we have a special pediatric entrance and waiting room for children, and our team of phlebotomists have specialized training in pediatric collections.

It shows that she isn't happy with her job, hopefully her manager will do all the patients a favor by replacing her. Or finding her something where she doesn't have to deal with the public.
