Go elsewhere. I’ve used this location a couple times now and the woman at the front desk seems extremely annoyed by her job. I showed up the day before my appt (my mistake) and she was dismissive and rude. I came to my appt today and she seemed upset by the fact that she had to look up lab tests and also stated “ I hate this company and I hate this doctor.”

I’m not sure why the ratings are so poor for this location. I had a quick and efficient experience here. The ladies couldn’t find my order in their system and were patient and understanding while I emailed them the little information I was given. All worked out, and I was done 6 minutes after my appointment time. You can tell these ladies work hard, and if they cop an attitude, well, EVERYONE has attitude sometimes. Not one person can say they’re perfect in that regard! Remember, there is really no such thing as perfect. Sure, the receptionist wasn’t exactly the most social person in the world, but being social is not required in order to be helpful. She was helpful, polite and effective at what she does. The lady who drew my blood chatted with me for a bit and probably would have spoken with me longer if she had the time. A+ experience! And SO much better than a larger facility down in Tempe that I went to last time.

Been here twice. Had to be stuck twice because technician wouldn’t listen to me about which arm was easiest to get blood. Then was called back because apparently not enough blood was taken the first time. Will never use Sonora Quest Lab again.
