I have been grinning and bearing it for the sake of convenience going to this location but won't do it anymore. They're disorganized, it's not the cleanest place, several times I ended up with a huge bruise, and twice I've come out with blood dripping down my arm.
The last straw - My doctor ordered a list of tests, but Sonora Quest didn't draw the blood needed for all of the tests. I had a feeling there was going to be an issue when the tech and the front desk clerk were confusedly looking back and forth at the screen and the printed vial labels. I called them when I didn't get all of the results, and they denied receiving the request altogether (even though I had already received some of the results!). I asked my doctor to send a separate request for the tests that were missed. I went to my blood draw appt, and they claimed they hadn't received that order either. My doctor sent me confirmation that they had.
Go to a different location. Incompetence and untruthfulness are a dangerous combination when it comes to your health.

I guess maybe they have had bad employees in the past which is why they are at a 2.6. But my experience wasn’t bad at all. One girl seemed new but friendly and the other was sweet and apologized for any wait I had. It was simple the ladies needle didn’t hurt a bit. Maybe some people don’t understand the term by appointment only?

We originally worked with the desert ridge location and they were courteous and professional. I dropped off my wife's kit at this location and it was the opposite. "Was greeted with did your wife sign her name on the cups?" No clue just dropping these off. We checked and she did. Then, "do you have your wife's insurance card?" No I don't. "Wow, you're batting for zero today." I don't carry my wife's separate insurance card sue me second no one told us it was needed and wasn't on the instructions either. Third, that was completely unprofessional and rude. It was an older lady who must be about to retire cause she definitely acted like she hated her job. Regardless, if you could avoid this Sonora Quest I would and go with a different location.
