LOCATION MOVED! Without warning. Went to the old location and it was dark and closed. There is now no front desk for asking questions. I made an appointment early in the morning and they were late to get me in (stressful before work).

Did not call me in advance that they could not take my blood work because their lab was closed. Also their front end says I have a bill due but when I call they say no bill is due. It has been this way for over 6 months.
