This pharmacy appears to be under new management, as we have experienced several issues over the past month after years of excellent service. Most recently, after I was discharged from the ER, I visited the pharmacy to pick up several prescriptions that had been sent in. Kelsi, who was clearly ready to go home for the day, informed me that since the prescriptions had just been received it would take at least 45 minutes to fill, and since they closed in 30 minutes it would be impossible to fill that day.
The following day, my girlfriend returned to the pharmacy an hour after it opened, only to find that the prescription still hadn’t been started and would require another 20 minutes. She went home, waited another hour, and then came back to finally pick up the medication. At that point, she was given two prescriptions, but was not informed that they were out of the third and it would be more than a week before it could be filled.
She had to make a fourth trip to inquire about the missing prescription. When she asked if it could be filled at a nearby Safeway, Kelsi reluctantly agreed to call, initially saying it would take 15 minutes and doubting any other pharmacy would have it in stock. After a brief call, she told us we could pick up the prescription at a different Safeway, ten minutes away.
Throughout this entire process, both Kelsi and the other staff members appeared visibly annoyed, miserable and uninterested in helping beyond the bare minimum. Kelsi may be new and not very good at her job yet, which is understandable. But she also seemed unwilling to ask anyone for guidance on what to do and the other workers clearly weren’t interested in helping her. This lack of communication and customer care has unfortunately become a pattern, as this is the second time this month we've experienced these issues.
Given these repeated negative experiences, I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I hope this review helps other patients make informed decisions and encourages management to address these ongoing customer service issues.

Terrible Pharmacy! Absolutely the worst experiences ever are to be made here! From their repeat back orders with no resolution, to their terrible customer service, talking to patients about their personal lives when there are people behind in line waiting for their medications, to their terrible phone etiquette, never getting calls when the scripts aren’t filled, wasting trips going there bc you’ll get a text saying when your script will be ready, but zero follow up about why it is delayed and when you will receive it, there is no communication from worker to worker, there is limited supply in receiving medications, they don’t help with customers insurance at all, it is one problem after the next. If you go here be sure to wait weeks on end for your script just to receive nothing & them to bring up your first encounter as if there haven’t been a bunch of promises made since then about receiving said item. They seriously need to just close down or use a different reliable company there. I don’t see hiring anyone new will help because whoever they keep hiring isn’t helping at all.

Horrible phone etiquette. If you are not going to help who calls why even answer the phone?

This place sucks. Their app never works but everything requires it. Constant hassle to get anything here. Get ready to water time.
