I had a prescription sent here for the first time due to new insurance. Tried calling after a couple of days to verify it was ready for pickup. After getting through the automated system, I was immediately put on an extended hold. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Best pharmacy I've used. Never have to call and ask for refill. They are on tops of things and have it ready days before I need it.

They argued with me about my son not being insured. I had to call the insurance company and request they call the pharmacist to prove he did indeed have insurance. He was 3 weeks old and needed antibiotics. The pharmacy closed early that day, knowing I was calling my insurance. They refused to give me back my written prescription order so I could go somewhere else. I was forced to wait until morning to get my newborn’s antibiotics. They gave a huge attitude when I went to pick it up and didn’t even apologize for being wrong or making my son suffer through the night.
A separate incident, they never contacted me or my child’s doctor to inform us that they didn’t have an antibiotic. They said they could order it, but didn’t know when it would be in. They again, refused to give me the prescription back so I could go somewhere else. My daughter had severe pneumonia and needed medication that day; it couldn’t wait. I had to call the doctor’s after hours line, and ask if they could send the prescription to another pharmacy. My daughter could have ended up in the emergency room because of them. Absolutely ridiculous communication, and the pharmacists always have an attitude. Go down the street to the 24 hour CVS- they will actually help you.

I have been filling my scripts at this location for 4 years and the employees have always been very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and I’ve never had an issue! I miss DANIEL and the old team- they were so fun! The new employees are on it but seem to be wore out and very short! It’s fine- they’re still on time every time. My husband Tim Herrick & I fill here.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I was there to pick up prescription and all I got was the runaround and attitude. No customer service - no assistance with the situation. Not even the store manager (Gene) could assist or should I say would assist. I got you on camera Lorena and this is going straight to corporate!
I did what you should have done and found a pharmacy that had the medication needed. That’s all you had to do. That’s what customer service is all about. FAIL!
