ON Nov 13, 2025 MAYO CLINIC STORE CHARGED ME 128.95$ (YES: ONEHUNDREDTWENTYEIGHT 95/100) FOR -1- PAIR OF JUZO SOFT MEDICAL COMPRESSION STOCKINGS. DUE TO REASONS IRRELEVANT TO THIS POST I HAD TO CANCEL MY MAYO CLINIC APPOINTMENT. A FEW WEEKS LATER I FOUND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER AND RECEIVED TREATMENT ON DEC 15, 2025, STILL PLANNIG ON WEARING STOCKINGS I BOUGHT AT MAYO CLINIC STORE. HOWEVER, THE CLINIC OFFERED APPRORIATE COMPRESSION STOCKINGS FOR 20.00$ (YES, TWENTY DOLLARS) A PAIR TO WEAR AFTER TREATMENT MAYO STORE'S RETURN POLICIES GRANTS A 30-DAY PERIOD DURING WHICH ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. WELL, I WASN'T AWARE WITHIN 30 DAYS THAT THE CLINIC I EVENTUALLY RECEIVED TREATMENT SOLD A PAIR OF APPROPRIATE STOCKINGS FOR 20.00$ ONLY, BUT I CALLED MAYO CLINIC STORE AFTER MY TREATMENT AS SOON AS I COULD GET A HOLD OF THEM DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH WAS IN THE MORNING OF DEC 16,2025. I ASKED WHETHER THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION AND ACCEPT A RETURN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS PAST THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. STOCKINGS ARE STILL IN THE UNOPEND BOX I RECEIVED ON NOV 13, 2025. WELL, THE ASSOCIATE ANSWERING MY CALL CONTACTED THE MANAGER AND CALLED ME BACK TO INFORM THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN FOR REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS AND THAT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION. YES, WHEN PURCHASING THOSE STOCKINGS I ACCEPTED THEIR POLICIES. MY BAT. LESSON LEARNED. FELLOW PATIENTS AND FUTURE (OR CURRENT) MAYO STORE CUSTOMERS: JUST BE AWARE, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS FROM THEIR POLICIES FOR ANY REASON. I LOST MORE THAN 100.00 DOLLARS ON -1- PAIR OF COMPRESSION STOCKINGS. HOPE THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU.
