The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant and they seem to stick to their schedule. I did not have to wait long at all. I also did not have to wait long for an appointment, which was very nice since I was having a bit of an eye emergency!
- FFFrancesca5 days ago5.0Had my lasik procedure done 2 months ago and I can truly say that it was 100% worth it. I still see halos at night, but it’s perfectly normal during the healing process. The only regret I have is not getting it done sooner. After doing thorough research, I’m very happy I decided to have it done at Horizon. Dr. Duncan and everyone there has taken care of me from start to finish. Everyone answered any questions and concerns I had, and I truly appreciate Dr. Duncan and how calm and comfortable he made me feel during the procedure. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting lasik.

Dr. Duncan is so great. He explained everything that was going to happen for the cataract surgery and my options. A fantastic doctor. I wish all doctors were like him. Shannon is so amazing. She walked me through all the tests that I needed done. Super nice. Whitney the surgical counselor explained everything in detail. Which was so helpful and sweet. Because let's face it insurance is confusing. The whole team there is so professional. They don't rush you through, they give you their time and attention.
