Quality care and professional staff from the staff at the desk to assistants and of course the great docs that care. We have had very professional service from normal checkups to complicated eye surgeries over the years and get straight answers when we need it. Dr. Rockwell even figured out why I got a bad case of "racoon red" eyes due to use of one or more of my shaving lotions and allergies. And Dr. Ghobraiel. did some fantastic eye surgery to repair getting old "itis" aka glaucoma and cataracts . So highly recommend them from our entire family.

Technician was great (will try to get her name), and Dr Josh Duncan was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, though he has other specialty, so I was just lucky to happen to see him for his advice about my weird mysterious eye issue. Thank you!

My regular Optometrist, Dr. Tran was not available and the front desk was able to schedule another Optometrist to see me for a mini emergency. I had had on and off eye irritation in my right eye for about 2 months until 3 days ago I noticed a ribbon of mucus had formed. I was able to move it to the corner of my eye and thusly, remove it. I followed up with Dr. Jeffrey Pyritz who was able to locate an eyelash embedded within the tissue of my scalertal buckle. Dr. Pyritz was totally professional, caring and was able to alleviate the issue. Horizon Eye Specialists is a top notch eye facility.

She said to me instead of prescribing eye drops. She said to me we'll just go to a emergency and very nasty attitude and she hung up on me. I think they should really not have her as a manager. She has no customer service skills had an extremely nasty attitude. We don't need people like that to be working customer service, especially when you're in terrible pain with your eyes
