Went for a drug screen and DOT physical exam and lift test said it’d be a 3 hour wait turned out to be more like an hour and a half, which isn’t too bad considering they only had one provider that day my advice if you have to get there get there as early as possible other than that everyone was nice but provider was quick with the physical. All she does is listen to your lungs make her grab Her fingers so she knows you’re able to crypt a steering wheel🤣 And then The lift test is just 50 pounds of weight in a wooden box and you lift it up to your waist super easy super fast overall decent experience Oh yeah, sidenote for those of you trying to use quick fix they’ll have it sent to a lab because there tends to be too much protein luckily my Urine was clean, but my brother-in-law just tried to use quick fix and they had it sent to a lab and then once that happens, they make you pee in front of somebody just a heads up if you’re going There with quick fix

My experience at this Concentra location was honestly one of the most disappointing and unsettling encounters I’ve ever had in a healthcare setting. I drove over an hour from Gilbert for my appointment, only to find out that they had made a serious mistake on my paperwork — the wrong box was checked, which caused major confusion and delays. When I politely tried to explain the issue, instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the staff looked at me like I was speaking another language. They were cold, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. What really shocked me was that rather than trying to fix their mistake, they chose to call security — as if asking for accuracy and respect was a threat. Standing there with an armed guard hovering close by while I was just trying to get my paperwork corrected made me feel humiliated and unsafe. It was such an unnecessary escalation when all I wanted was for them to take a few minutes to do their job correctly. I’ve worked around people long enough to know when someone truly cares about what they do, and sadly, this team gave off the opposite impression. The lack of empathy, accountability, and basic decency I witnessed was disturbing — especially from individuals working in healthcare. These are supposed to be people who care for others, not treat them like they’re a problem. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like people deserve to be warned. Please double-check every detail on your paperwork before leaving this office, because one mistake could cost you time, money, and peace of mind. I truly hope management reads this and takes a hard look at how their staff is representing the company. Healthcare should be about compassion, accuracy, and respect — not indifference and intimidation. My experience here left me deeply disappointed and I hope no one else has to go through the same thing. Like it’s 2025 you don’t have to be somewhere you don’t wanna be like please quit if you hate your job and have no pride in it this experience was disturbing

Check in took a minute but she got me squared away. Waiting was the horrible part for me. I was tired from working all day but I was appreciative of them being able to see me. The location is literally a few blocks from my home.

I went in for a DOT urinalysis. It was quick and easy. I went in on Thursday and got my results on Friday. Employees were courteous and respectful. I’d use this location again.

Upon arrival there was 1 lady at the check in, and the line was long. Waited about 20 min, with a bad back, while the line didn't move. DID NOT. Finally 2 staff people showed up, maybe back from lunch, and checked everyone in within 3 min. I swear! WTH??!! There was a man that kept walking around looking crazy but no staff addressed it. TOP FLIGHT security would come thru but observed NOTHING, just made his round and got back on his phone outside. THEN, I got promoted to sit in ANOTHER waiting area for my drug test- new employer. I sat there for an additional 1 hour and 45 min... Dozing off. Others were asleep and snoring. You couldn't hear ur name- there is no intercom, and they call you from the table in the hall. God forbid they walk in the sleeping/waiting room! I finally went out there to ask if they called me and I didn't respond to please come INTO the room- I didn't want to miss my name. I was the last one called. No one even offered water. Horrible experience. You think I would go here sick??!!
