The lady's upfront working on Friday November 21st 2025 at 1:45pm were direct about them not taking my tricare insurance. Through the military they kept pushing me to say that the injury i have was workers comp. Which for those of you who know does not work like that under any branch. They proceed to tell me that it has be workers comp cuz it was an injury through work. I simply needed my ankle check and a Dr's note stating that my ankle is under an actual injury. They refused to take my tri care insurance while in army uniform and were rude. They weren't understanding or listening to what was needed.

- LLLoriJNov 3, 20255.0Pre employment drug screening 😁 Upon arrival the parking lot was packed and the lobby full, I thought I would be there forever and was concerned with not being able to hold my bladder long enuf 😂. Advice: If possible and if they send you check in paperwork do it prior to arrival. It will save you a return trip to the check in line. However the check in line went extremely fast and before I could even finish one game if candy crush I was called back. The staff is quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place .
