After that, I was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes, only for a nurse to inform me that I was free to leave. The wait time was excessive and unnecessary, and the overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient.

These types of things can be a hassle due to being a walk in and at times can be a long wait based on factors they cannot control. I was checked in by Kat and she was very accommodating and nice. She notified me it would be about an hour. I lucked out!!! In and out in about 15 minutes. Great experience.
