  I don't often write reviews of services or products, but I think AHS is a standout, therefore I highly recommend this Audiologist and their professional services. I found them to be very accommodating in their scheduling process. The examination was extremely thorough and clearly pointed out that I had some hearing loss (male age 77). There was at no point any pressure to purchase anything, but just recommendations based on scientific evidence. I left that day and gave it some thought, and then returned a few weeks later to look at their solutions and recommendations. I was impressed with the progress in hearing aid hardware and especially impressed with the sophistication of the software. They were able to able to isolate specific frequencies in order to come up with an optimum solution. I did make the purchase and am very satisfied with the outcome and their follow up(s). I felt that Dr. Kelsey Beck was excellent and extremely knowledgable. I felt that Dr. Beck was sincerely interested in improving the quality of my life thru better hearing, and she did.

  Best audiology practice in the valley! Everyone is so nice AND they have the latest technology which really enhances the user experience. I’ve been a hearing aid user for over 40 years, and the level of knowledge that Dr. Olson brings is unmatched. 100% recommend!

  One of my hearing aids stopped working so I found Applied Hearing online. The next morning Diane called me back and I was able to get in that morning. She told me the diagnostic charge and who would be doing it. She sent me the forms to fill out. The appointment was on time with the tech, Carol, and she told me what the problem might be and the cost. She came back about 15 minutes later with my repaired hearing aid. These ladies were very friendly and professional.

  I have been going to Applied Hearing Solutions since they first opened in Anthem. I first went to them because they were close by and offered the best price on the hearing aid I wanted. When they moved I stayed with them because of their wonderful service and I now have my third new aid with state of the art features. I have beed very happy with their personal, caring service.   Received my new Oticon HA's from the VA. Appreciate that, but they don't have the personnel or time to program the HA's the way they need to be programmed. After the initial test they are only able to give you about 1 hour to program. Dr. Cliff has, thus far, spent about 6 hours programming and fine tuning my HA's to match my prescription. We still have more meetings scheduled to continue to fine tune. I didn't used to wear my HA's because they didn't seem to do any good, but after Dr. Cliff's programming I now wear them 14 hours per day on average. They really help my hearing, not just with normal daily usage, but also with music and in situations with loud background noise. Highly recommend.
