  Nov 19, 2025 I had a blood draw at Sonora Quest, 9000 Thunderbird, #105, Peoria AZ; it was my first time at this location. I was pleasantly surprised; kiosk checkup was a breeze, the office quiet and very clean, wait time less than 5 -6 minutes, the staff was courteous and nice, the tech performed a pain free blood draw, and I was on my way home. Excellent!

  Trying to schedule on line sucks, fill out everything and hit schedule and nothing happens. It won’t take the schedule???

  Sonora quest is changing how they do things and at this location they're a finely tuned machine. I got my appt last min, drove there, entered my info at the kiosk & waited. I waited less than 10 min. I was out before my scheduled appt time. Now, they do everything in the back i.e. paperwork etc, gone is the person up front. They have a TV playing a show & in the upper corner you can see where you're at in the queue. I got called, went to the room number given & they took my insurance & blood order. They have so many more phlebotomists. The place was clean & organized. The phlebotomist I had was amazing; efficient, professional & damn good with the needle, I didnt feel a thing! I was in & out in less than 15 min. Its weird not to have a person there upon walk in, however I can get used to this level of efficiency.

  Check-in was different from what I was used to...there wasn't a Front Desk Clerk... Check-in machine was close to Entrance...Checked myself in...Seated myself in Lobby and shortly waited to be called... Technician was positive and thorough... I was out of there quickly!! Thank you!! 👍🏽
