Should not have to wait for a drug test that takes 5 seconds to complete. Will not be back. If i could give 0 stars i would in a heartbeat. Plus you have 5 people sitting there doing nothing and 1 person working. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I believe her name is Tatum stringer, she did not acknowledge me as I walked into the facility, she had her face stuck in her cell phone instead. When she finally did look up, she never welcomed me and was very rude. I had to tell her what I was there for. She never smiled or showed any type of emotion either time I was there. Maybe she needs to train or find a new job where she’s happy at!

The ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional, and set really good time expectations. I give them all a 5 star rating. The lady taking care of the urin sample was abrupt, rude, and made me feel like I was in a prison. I've had pre-employment drug tests before, and the ladies were very pleasant and professional. This lady was either having a bad day or she hates her job. Absolutely horrible experience.
