- JBJoel Behm1 day ago1.0I went in for a DOT along with a coworker. The the fairly short older lady with gray hair, Hispanic I think. She never said or introduced herself. Right off the bat she started ordering me in a tone that was very much disrespectful. Whatever we were doing or going she she was very sharp rude and demeaning. She was even telling me to hurry to put my shoes back. I was going as fast I could. Then when I could not pee right of way she smacked her lips in disappointment. I could not believe how rude she was. Then when I was done I went back out to meet my coworker and right of way explained his horrible experien e with that lady. My complaint had been confirmed. She needs to be restrained with a PR program or something. Not professional at all. Fyi I saw her treat the other people the same way as I waited. I was in awe how she was getting away with it. No over sight no accountability. Never want to see that place again. Coworker and I explained the whole thing with employer. She said she will for sure look into it.

- JMjames myersJan 5, 20265.0I use this facility for drug screening and work physicals. Concentra does not do mouth swabs for drug screening unless you bring your own kit. Doesn't make sense when you have the capabilities to offer all the others. They don't do fit tests at this facility unless you bring your own mask. This facility says it's because of the pandemic in 2020. We'll that's over and other Concentra facility's do. Go figure.
