I just want to thank the pharmacist Tyler for asking me to double check my primary physician before taking a travel vaccine đź’‰ due to being immunocompromised (asthma, covid 8 times, Lyme disease etc) my doctor let me know I could have died had I taken a common vaccine. I am going to double check another vaccine before I go to Vietnam but I greatly appreciate his patience and consideration ! You saved my life sir

Thank you pharmacy employees for all you do. Always friendly and ready to chat it up. Joesph saved me a hefty sum by using the Safeway discount instead of my insurance (doesn't make sense) on one of my meds. Knowledgable and quick. Clarenda is great. Always has a smile. Thanks again all.

Wife who has ALS forgot some critical medicine. Our MD had to phone in one order 3 times before they discovered they received it; seems like my calls forced them to finally check their voicemail. Other meds (they had) were pulled from our home pharmacy. They purposefully waited until the end of the day to fill them, instructing that I would have to come in and wait 15 minutes. The wait was 1 1/2 hours. The pharmacist put all of the locals in front of me with much down time between and appeared to complete all of his paperwork for the day before he finally filled our Rx's 20 minutes after their 8pm closing. Obviously they don't want non repeat emergency business as it requires more effort, patients needs are a foreign concept!

Horrible service. Albeit, I have never had to wait more than 20 Minutes for a prescription. So I will stay open minded to the idea that, even though we were the only people at the pharmacy, they were busy. What was unforgivable was the lack of information, the waste of our time, and the agressive dialogue.
After 45 Minutes of waiting we asked how long it would take. The pharmacist barks back “can’t you see I’m busy!” We had alluded to the fact that we were in a hurry when we gave the prescription. Instead of politely telling us that they were busy and it would be a 2 hour wait, he yelled at us and offered no time frame. Had we been given this information in the beginning, we would have gone straight to canyon land pharmacy. It would have saved us a lot of time and we would have avoided this encounter with a truly disagreeable man.
I will add, that we did take our prescription back and went to canyon land pharmacy. Where the service was truly delightful and the prescription was handed to us in ten Minutes. What the management is doing in the Safeway pharmacy is beyond human understanding.
