  This is not a company it's a joke. I drove 30 minutes to get my lab test, with an appointment, and they told me they couldn't get the test done because it was for Quest and they don't do it because it's the day after Thanksgiving. So why did you give me the appointment?

  We have used Sonora Quest for years and have had no issues with them. But this year their service has declined to the point of they are just not worth going to. One site could find the orders, but took 45 minutes just to get checked in. Another site had the receptionist sealed off and just had the kiosks, which couldn't find our scheduled appt. The third site, the staff was condescending and rude.

  After today’s appointment, I will never go anywhere else to get labs done again. The girl at the front desk was polite and considerate. The phlebotomist at my doctor’s office isn’t very trustworthy and I refuse to let him butcher me again. I have attached pictures taken just 20 minutes after he dug around in my arm(after telling him don’t dig)and kept going in and out, hitting the nerve continuously for all 8 vials. All my praise goes to Jessica who was so good at her job, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She used a small butterfly needle and took maybe 2 minutes for everything. She was kind enough to listen when I suggested where she might have luck sticking me, and things went swimmingly for the remainder of the appointment. I’ve had a lot of lines started on me, labs taken, I know my body best. So when I suggest a place it takes away the guess work. Jessica was great the whole entire time. Listened as I voiced my concerns, I mean fears, who am I kidding? I have plenty of tattoos, I’ve even fallen asleep during a good portion of them. Yet now I have a fun new fear of getting labs taken. She even hid the needle from me the entire time too. Little things like that are a BIG DEAL to people with fear and apprehension about getting blood taken. Bedside manner is so important whether the patient is scared or not, it matters more than people realize. I can’t say enough great things about this location and the people who work there.

  This location is so convenient! No waiting. Just make your appointment online, show up and be taken care of. The phlebotomist was very friendly and was done in a flash. No pain, easy poke! This will be my go-to whenever I need to have labs done!
