- SSSteven J. ShearerOct 13, 20251.0We have used Sonora Quest for years and have had no issues with them. But this year their service has declined to the point of they are just not worth going to. One site could find the orders, but took 45 minutes just to get checked in. Another site had the receptionist sealed off and just had the kiosks, which couldn't find our scheduled appt. The third site, the staff was condescending and rude.

I have been to various Sonora quest locations throughout Phoenix and I was incredibly pleased with this experience compared to others. The staff were kind and caring, treated me with respect and dignity which I do not always experience. They were fast and efficient with only 2 employees. They worked together to get patients in and out. I came early for my appointment and left 5 minutes before my actual appointment time. The two employees working there today should be congratulated for superior service, demeanor, and caring attitude. Thank you!
