I was a walk-in, late in the afternoon and was treated very well. In and out in no time. I will definitely be using them in the future!

If you don't make an appointment, expect to wait a while. McKenna and Michelle are so kind.

I came to Sonora Quest to get some blood work done. I was extremely ill and by the time I arrived, I was unable to walk. My husband asked if they had a wheelchair, but they didn't. I crawled on my hands and knees across the parking lot and into the office. When I got into the office, my husband asked them if they would let me use one of their empty office chairs to rolled into get my blood draw. The office manager refused (totally okay) and became angry (not okay), and told me if I couldn't walk, I had no right to be there. I was shocked. When they called me back to to get my blood draw, I got on my hands and knees and began to crawl to the room. The same man followed after me, badgering me and harshly stated, "If you can't get yourself in the chair, we're not helping." I told him to leave me alone and that I would get into the chair if it was the last thing I did. We shut the door and the stunned tech apologized for his poor behavior. At the end, she asked if there was anything she could do. I asked for gloves to crawl into the bathroom. She gladly gave them to me, and said she became a tech to help people. I was grateful for her compassion after such mistreatment. Another neighboring business offered me a wheelchair afterwards. Most people are good and kind, but companies like this do not belong in medical work or any work that deals with people.

Updated insurance information on website before I went in. Lab tech took insurance while I was on location for my appointment. still billed the full amount without insurance! tried to update on website and just got errors. had to call. really don't appreciate you making customers do your legwork for you with insurance.

Why is Betty just sitting there instead of helping her team out.
