  Had a great experience! Emely and Luz were empathetic to my needle fears, caring, and experts at drawing blood the first try. To folks with all the negative reviews, not everything goes smoothly in life, cut these people a break. How would your attitude be if you spent most of your days being berated by people who have no empathy or patience for others? Wanna be really disappointed? Go to LabCorp. I've had nothing but great experiences at all the sonoraquests I've been to.

  I’ve been going to Sonora Quest for many years but it seems as though they have really changed (and not for the good). Their reception/front desk area is all boarded and closed up so you can’t even go up to the front counter and talk to someone to ask a question. Whoever made this management decision to board up the front desk needs to have their managerial skills questioned. What a stupid decision and their wait time is soooo much longer. Sometimes over an hour. I was told the last 2 times that I’ve gone there they are short staffed. Perhaps it’s time they hire more phlebotomists and other desk staff. I witnessed quite a few people in the waiting area were upset about the long wait time the last time I went there. I’ve always liked Sonora Quest and the staff is always friendly but it seems like it sure has changed and not for the better. The staff is still very nice but they just seem to be short staffed and I have no idea why they boarded up their front counter. That’s kind of bizarre. Perhaps this is just a Mesa location issue. The Scottsdale location was very quick.

  Horrible! Don’t ever go here! I had an appointment at 9:30. I showed up at 9:30 and signed in. They never called me so at 10 o’clock when a nurse finally came out because there’s nobody at the front desk to talk to, I asked her what was going on. She said they never got my appointment, which I said that’s a lie because I had multiple emails & multiple text saying I had an appointment with reminders. Well they didn’t believe me & made me show them the email before they would take me back. Meanwhile all these other people with appointments are getting called ahead of me. They blamed it on their system. The phlebotomists are very nice but the company is horrible. I will never go here again. Don’t recommend

  I've been coming here for blood work quite a bit in the last year and a half. My veins are hard to find in my arms and everywhere I go always have the 2-3 pokes per arm trying to find them. Unless you love to be poked with needles, this is a horrible experience for me, especially as often as it has become lately. Ever since I've been coming here, either they get it on the first try or, they listen to my concerns and do it on my hand instead. Nothing better than to be listened to and actually feel cared for. This place is convenient, fast and I like the staff. Will keep coming here for as long as I need these tests and they keep giving me the same level of care I've been receiving.

  This office consistently “does not receive orders” and runs late. Today when I said, you guys are running behind the phlebotomist argued that they are allowed to run 21 minutes late as they are not a doctor’s office. She stated that they consider 21 minutes late as on time. Unfortunately, my son’s doctor does not allow us to be 21 minutes late minutes late to his appointment that is scheduled after. They do not consider late as on-time. This model of practice and over booking is ineffective.
