    Literally checked in and left 30 minutes later, that how fast it was. The front desk was super friendly and so was the staff!

    If I could give a ZERO I would! Customer service here is unacceptable. I attempted multiple times over several days to call ahead about my lab orders, but no one answered, and no voicemails were returned. When I arrived, staff were rude, inefficient, and openly disrespectful to patients—not just me. Despite having already self-paid the lab company, I was told they still needed my insurance card. Staff then claimed they couldn’t find my lab orders; fortunately, I had a copy with me. When I mentioned to the lab tech about attempting to call about my lab orders and self-pay ahead of time, she abruptly said "we don't answer the phone or return voice mails here." After the blood draw, I was dismissively told to “just follow the exit signs to find your way out.” When I asked about the required urine test, the response was a careless “oh yeah,” and I was sent to the restroom with the same abrupt instruction. Another patient had been waiting over an hour while others were taken ahead of him and was told to re-sign in because “the machine must have failed.” There was no accountability, no compassion, and no professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    No one ever up front answer anyone’s question or even to help the elderly this is not right what if some is armed and came no actual staff is watching there all in the back it getting worse out here. Very impersonal here not right at all

    Their billing department truly lacks, We have a collection notice for services in April here we are in November, the notice is for almost $400.00 the insurance company paid all but $3.91 we never ever seen an invoice or statement or a notice. The collection notice is dated October but we received it in November. In October Sonora sent us a $30.00 refund no clue why. Should I have deducted postage, the paper for the check, an envelope since one was not sent? WTH could you not have taken it out of the $30? Or a courtesy call. $3.91 to collections!
