    Their billing department truly lacks, We have a collection notice for services in April here we are in November, the notice is for almost $400.00 the insurance company paid all but $3.91 we never ever seen an invoice or statement or a notice. The collection notice is dated October but we received it in November. In October Sonora sent us a $30.00 refund no clue why. Should I have deducted postage, the paper for the check, an envelope since one was not sent? WTH could you not have taken it out of the $30? Or a courtesy call. $3.91 to collections!

    I brought my mom in who had a scheduled appointment for lab work, and the front desk woman was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Her doctor was actively trying to fax over lab orders, but instead of helping, the woman was busy sending out 35 of her own faxes at the same time. I told her several times that the doctor was trying to send orders, but she ignored it and kept sending her faxes, which blocked the incoming fax line. Why would anyone prioritize personal or non-urgent outgoing faxes over receiving important medical documents for a patient with an appointment? Completely disgusting and unprofessional. When I had the lab orders emailed to me directly, she gave me the wrong email address, which caused even more delays. In total, we ended up waiting over two hours for something that should have been simple. Her attitude was unacceptable, and the lack of urgency or care for patients was honestly shocking. If this is how they treat scheduled patients needing lab work, something seriously needs to change. I seriously considered reporting her to upper management, even the CEO, but I truly felt led by God to let it go and trust that He will handle it. That’s the only reason I’m not taking this further.

    LabCorp canceled my appointment at the last minute, so I had to find another lab quickly. I couldn’t reach their customer service, so I started looking around. This location accepted me as a walk-in — fast and easy! The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend this place for your lab needs.

    Nearly impossible to talk to someone on the phone regarding questions, and answers. They direct you to the website and it takes sometime for them to respond. So you place a request for callback, just end up waiting.

    First and foremost, this place is very clean! The front desk lady, Miss Laura, was friendly, kind, and approachable. Our phlebotomist, Miss Lexy, was amazing — she treated my kiddos so well, and the whole experience was quick and hassle-free. We were in and out, and my kids actually left smiling (believe it or not)! 🫶🏼
