The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have gone the extra mile to help me out when I had questions or needed help with prescriptions filled. I have been using them since moving to Arizona. Even though I have many other pharmacies closer, I'll still choose here.

The Pharmacy staff is always helpful. When I moved my perscription to this pharmacy, the prior pharmacy was not responding. The Pharmacist called and made sure I had my perscription when I needed it. And when I have to order more than one month at a time, the phramacists always discuss my options with me. Grateful for their assistance.

August 2025 experience. My husband normally gets his medication filled at this location and until Aug 14th our experience with pharmacy staff has been pleasant. Great communication somewhat friendly service but great service. However on August 14 2025 I called the pharmacy to provide a prescription coupon to a lady there in the morning. I was NOT asking for personal information for my husband's account. The info I provided to the lady was not correct so I told that I would call back with a different coupon. When I called back a pharmacist named David was one of the RUDEST and hostile pharmacist I have ever spoken to. He began yelling at me saying that I was rude ( which was untrue if I was it was not towards anyone) and yelling at me saying I had no right to call and it was illegal to speak to men. I was caught off guard and was trying to explain that I was only trying to provide information about a coupon so I know how much money I needed to send my husband with to pay for his medication. I was not asking about any info on how long it would take, nothing. I listened to him scream and yell about how I was this and that. I told him I was going to report him to the board of pharmacy for his behavior and he hung up. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused to provide this supervisor information. He hung up on me again so I called the corporate office to file a complaint about this individual and yet to hear anything back from Safeway Corporate. I will never go there again.
