My daughter got glasses a couple of months ago it took weeks to even get an update when I did they told me the glasses weren’t available. I have been trying to get a refund since than with no luck. Calls and email unanswered and no one seems to know whats going on and manager Jamie who is supposed to be handling this is non responsive.
- RFRonald FergusonOct 13, 20251.0I did all the normal things meaning the testing and such and it went well. The problem happened when it came time to pay for it all. I admit I am partially to blame. However, the bill was tallied and the total cost was not disclosed. I was told that the total cost would be split so the date of the exam I would pay one amount and when I picked up the glasses I would pay the balance. I was happy about the. OST being split, but still the total cost was still not voluntarily disclosed except as the cost at the time of the exam and the cost at time of pickup. It was not until I got home and thought about what the total cost would be that I became upset. I calls the store back to get an itemized break down. That was never presented until I called back. I actually had to return to the store to learn what happened. I had wanted lenses that changed color in sunlight. When I came into the store finally learned that that feature cost $199. I canceled it and although the cost is disappointing it is something I can live with.
