  Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and Dr Dennis was very patient with helping me find the right prescription (my left eye is worse than my right) and explaining my options. I’m happy with my choices and can’t wait for my glasses and my trial contacts to come in!

  This was our first time ever coming to do an exam. The staff was lovely and answered all of our questions! They worked with us so well and we will definitely be going back in the future.

  This location was very helpful in adjusting my new frames. Katherine and Jose were very kind and knew exactly what my needs were. Definitely recommend!

  Let me share the negative first so you understand the rating. They did a retinal scan. They treated it as normal procedure (implied, nothing directly said to me). Afterwards, I find out it costed $39! My wife and I both had appointments, one right after the other. I found out after the exams and when ordering glasses about this charge, that they wouldn’t allow us to leave without paying it, and that my wife didn’t get the scan because they warned her first! Why didn’t they warn ME!?! Also, they didn’t apologize (unless they said it as a “scripted” response), and took no ownership of the mistake. When we only had $34, they accepted that so that we could leave, with us still owing them $5. We had to borrow money from our brother to order the glasses, and therefore went ahead and paid the nonsense, nuisance co-pay charge off. Besides this, they were nice and friendly and helped us with our questions about the glasses. Also, Dr Dennis told me things about my eyes that weren’t told to me before, and make complete sense based on my symptoms. He even wrote a couple things down on sticky note so I could remember them. However, the whole dilemma behind the retinal scan charge and not letting us leave without paying for something we weren’t told about ahead of time (“other services” in fine print doesn’t warn of something that we don’t know isn’t part of standard procedure!) . So, they get a 2 star rating. They will probably get a higher rating from my wife because they advised her before doing the scan.

  I’m curious why I didn’t have a co-pay did you guys go off my insurance so you’re not in network because when I go to Indiana University optometry Center in Indiana my husband and I each pay $20 for a co-pay. I know I had the extra $69 with the test but my bill came to over $100 really should’ve only been like 80 so are you guys now out of network because that’s gonna make a difference on what I decide to do with my future I can’t afford to pay that much out-of-pocket But I really like the doctor and the people there
