My eye doctor Dr Dennis, and the staff are so awesome. This is my second year coming to this location, and all have been so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been numerous optometry clinics in my life and this one is the one, I’m never going anywhere else. I felt so special and it was refreshing! They also still held my glasses after a year because I’m irresponsible and never picked them up. LOL. Overall, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you everyone!!

Incredible customer service and followup. Even if there is that one off delay they are quick to a solution. Friendly faces and Incredible conversation each visit. My new Ray Ban Meta glasses were set up and exactly what I wanted and they helped with each question I had.

I am writing this review solely based on how shockingly unprofessional and poorly managed the rebate and contact lens ordering process was at this location. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a months-long nightmare of ignored communication, broken promises, and constant runaround. My fiancée and I both had appointments at this location starting on June 30th. While she had serious issues with her own contacts and prescription (which I witnessed firsthand), my experience with the rebate alone was enough to permanently lose my trust in this office. The Rebate Disaster — Months of Being Ignored I initially planned to order only a 90-day supply of contacts, since I only wear them occasionally. Jaime strongly pushed me to instead order a full year supply, explaining that there was a $250 rebate from the vendor and that it would be a great deal. She explicitly promised she would immediately send us the official rebate form from the vendor. She never sent it. What followed was months of frustration and dozens of calls and emails. The communication pattern never changed: We would reach out multiple times with no response Eventually, Jaime would reply once We would respond immediately Then we would be ghosted again This cycle repeated constantly. Any time we managed to actually speak to her on the phone, the calls were rushed and always ended with: “Yes, yes, I’m looking into it — I’ll call you back.” She never once called back. Not a single time. At one point, she even told us she had a meeting scheduled with the vendor rep that same afternoon and promised to follow up afterward. That follow-up never happened, just like all the others. Because of this repeated lack of action and communication entirely on their end, by the time we finally received the rebate form and submitted it the same day, we had already been pushed past the rebate deadline through no fault of our own. Eventually, after months of being forced to initiate nearly every single interaction, Jaime completely stopped responding altogether. Escalation to Brandi — Same Issue, Different Person After we escalated the situation, Brandi contacted us and initially seemed very apologetic and eager to fix everything. She promised to recover the rebate money and offered my fiancée a 3-month supply of contacts as a goodwill gesture. She then asked to take a credit card number over the phone to reprocess the rebate, which we declined for safety reasons. We were told instead that a paper check would be mailed to us. Once again, we were met with: No written confirmation No proof of processing No updates without us repeatedly asking After weeks of waiting, we were told the delay was due to “snail mail.” Later, we were told the check had been sent weeks earlier. When the check finally arrived, it was dated only a few days prior, directly contradicting what we had been told and proving it was not sent when claimed. Final Thoughts This entire experience was defined by: Repeated ghosting Broken promises Failure to send the promised vendor rebate form Dozens of ignored emails and calls False timelines Zero accountability until escalated repeatedly My fiancée also dealt with separate issues involving delayed contacts and an incorrect prescription, which only further reinforced that this location lacks basic communication standards and internal oversight. No customer should ever have to fight for months to receive money that was promised because of errors they did not cause. I will never return to this location and strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

This has been by far the most frustrating, poorly managed, and unprofessional medical retail experience I’ve ever had — and it dragged on for over six months. This began on June 30th, when my fiancé and I had our first appointments here for eye exams and contacts. The doctor was pleasant, and everything seemed fine at first. I received my updated contact prescription and told the staff I planned to order through 1-800 Contacts, as I always do. However, I was strongly pressured to order through Pearle Vision with promises of fast delivery and comparable pricing. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Weeks passed with no contacts and no communication. I called repeatedly while running out of contacts and was always told someone would “look into it and call me back.” Not once did anyone ever call me back. After weeks of chasing them, I was finally told my contacts had been sitting there, and no one ever notified me. By that point, I was completely out of contacts. Most of this was handled by Jaime (a manager), who never followed through on a single promise. During this same time, my fiancé ordered contacts. He only wanted a 90-day supply, but Jaime pushed him into a full year supply due to a $250 rebate, and she explicitly promised to immediately send the vendor rebate form. She never sent it. What followed was dozens of emails and calls over the course of MONTHS. The pattern never changed: We would reach out repeatedly with no response Eventually Jaime would respond once We’d reply immediately And then she would ghost us again Over and over. Any time we caught her on the phone, she would rush through: “Yes, yes, I’m looking into it. I’ll call you back.” She never once called back. She even told us she had a meeting with the vendor rep that afternoon and promised to follow up. That call never happened, just like every other promise. Because of these delays caused entirely by her lack of follow-through, by the time we finally received and submitted the rebate form the same day, we had already been pushed past the deadline through no fault of our own. Eventually, Jaime stopped responding altogether. After weeks of being ignored, I escalated and was contacted by Brandi, who initially seemed apologetic and eager to fix everything. She offered me a 3-month supply of contacts as a goodwill gesture and said she would still recover the rebate. I accepted in good faith. She later asked for my credit card number over the phone to reprocess the rebate, which I declined. I was told a paper check would be sent instead. Once again, the same cycle: No written confirmation No proof No follow-ups Long stretches of silence I was told the delay was due to “snail mail.” Later, I was told the check had been sent weeks earlier. When we finally received it, the check was dated only a few days prior, proving it had not been sent when claimed. To make matters worse, when my glasses broke and I went to Warby Parker, they informed me that my Pearle Vision prescription was incorrect. Despite directly examining my progressive lenses, they failed to list that I wear progressives. When I called to fix this, Brandi was resistant until I sent proof and falsely claimed she “always responds,” which is easily disproven by weeks of unanswered messages. She also attempted to hold the “goodwill contacts” over my head during this call. This location demonstrated: Chronic lack of communication Broken promises Failure to send the promised rebate form Months of ghosting Mishandling of a $250 rebate Delayed medical orders Prescription errors False timelines Zero accountability No patient should ever have to spend months chasing a medical office for products already paid for and paperwork that was explicitly promised. I will never return here and strongly encourage others to go anywhere else.
