  First of all, the immediate feeling you get upon entering is that youre there because you did something wrong, and a "we're gonna find out what it was" reeks from the associates personality like a really bad perfume. Second, they're already armed for complaints and pushback from "patients" since there is a HUGE banner that specifically reads: if you're hostile or unpleasant, we will call the police and notify your employer." So that alone probably thwarts 90% of those who want to simply open their mouths and express dissatisfaction for THEIR demeanor and excessive wait times. Speaking of wait times, these people have zero concern for your time. I literally waited 90 minutes to drop a urine sample for pre employment. 90 minutes. For a process that took me 5. Like. I get that there are others ahead of me, thats fine. There ARE patients there for work injuries that need to be seen by a nurse of some sort. I get it. But Concentra is primarily a drug test center more than an "urgent care" so that being said, you think there would be more collection techs back there running an expression lane for this , because you DONT need 4 girls up front behind the desk treating people poorly. Look at it this way: if you pull into Discount for an air pressure check, are you really gonna be satisfied waiting for 6 people to get new tires installed first? No.

  The doctor and staff was very professional and helpful to get to the bottom of my Health concern, and to make sure that no unnecessary surgery was performed after the evaluation of the CAT Scan Etc. Thanks again,

  The facility is clean, really good with keeping up with the fast pace. I just felt like my situation wasn't handled well, and I dont think it was concentra but information was missed.

  Wait time was extremely long; an hour and a half just for a pre-employment drug test. There is not enough signage to help patrons through the process and not enough seating, as many people had to stand or wait outside. When the nurses/ techs would call people back they were too quiet and did not enunciate names so half the time the wrong person would stand when a name was called.

  My experience at Concentra was great. My Physical Therapist Riley was in training however she was very knowledgeable and helped me with a speedy recovery. Oscar was excellent with scheduling all my appointments . Thank you !
