I never saw a doctor in the five hours I was there and all they did was give me a return to work paper. Absolutely zero human compassion

My experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and unprofessional across various aspects, which compels me to share this feedback. I had arranged an appointment for a drug screen test and other necessary documentation for my employee. All required paperwork emphasized the importance of punctuality, illustrating that deadlines had to be strictly adhered to. However, my scheduled appointment was set for 7:23 AM, while your facility does not open until 8:00 AM. Despite this apparent discrepancy, I arrived promptly. Upon arrival, I was met by an employee at the front counter who was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. She declined my request to proceed with the appointment, citing that my time had expired, and curtly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day." Due to her behavior and refusal to assist, I had to leave, resulting in significant delays for me and my employee. This incident not only disrupted my schedule but also negatively impacted my work. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by your staff, coupled with the inefficient operation times, is completely unacceptable. Given this experience, I strongly believe this employee needs to be reviewed for their behavior, and the facility's operations evaluated for significant improvements. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent further inconvenience to other clients. This level of service and behavior highlights a severe deficiency in customer service and operational management that must be addressed immediately
