They knew who I was, they were personable, and I ALWAYS got notifications about my meds. I never once had to wait even five minutes it was smooth every single time. Ever since the switch about two years ago, it’s gone completely downhill. Service is slow, communication is terrible, and the reliability just isn’t there anymore. I’m extremely disappointed, and I finally switched to Costco 20 minutes away just to get decent service again. Do better, Safeway. This used to be a great pharmacy, and now it’s not even close.

I was going to change but not now. I contacted Centerwell just to make sure what their deductible was. They said that Safeway's deductible should be $21. Funny this Safeway charged more than the advertised.
