I’ve been going to Safeway Pharmacy since back when Lisa, Roman, and the old crew were there. They knew who I was, they were personable, and I ALWAYS got notifications about my meds. I never once had to wait even five minutes it was smooth every single time.
Ever since the switch about two years ago, it’s gone completely downhill. Service is slow, communication is terrible, and the reliability just isn’t there anymore. I’m extremely disappointed, and I finally switched to Costco 20 minutes away just to get decent service again.
Do better, Safeway. This used to be a great pharmacy, and now it’s not even close.

The pharmacy overcharged me for my prescription. I had been getting my prescription with at $20.60 deductible from Centerwell and Safeway charged me $30.00. I was going to change but not now. I contacted Centerwell just to make sure what their deductible was. They said that Safeway's deductible should be $21. Funny this Safeway charged more than the advertised.

I used to love this the pharmacy when Lisa was the pharmacist! The new pharmacist is not helpful at all I truly feel she goes out of her way to be as difficult as possible and her ignorance is shocking! How many times are you going to give customers an apology gift card before you learn to do your job! Do better Safeway do better!
