Last lab work took 72 hours to come back. Basic electrolyte panel. They were uncharacteristically out of range. In the red high. I paid to have them redone. It's at 48 hours and still no results. Guessing at this point they'll be high again. This is the first time I've used this particular facility. Usually they're back in less than 24 hours. So I'll pay again but swith facilities

Got my wife here before appointment time, checked in and waited in car. 1 1/2 hrs later went in and was told they'd texted several times(nothing came through). Now a walk in appointment.
My initial contact with this company was very good. The local lab did a very good job. However their web site/patient portal states that the lab results would be posted within a certain time frame. It didn't happen. I contacted them as per their instructions if the lab results were not posted. They asked me for more personal information which i supplied. They then stated that there was a problem with my patient portal and to send them more information. I set up my patient portal perhaps two years ago and there has never been a problem in the past. All they had to do is provide the the lab results to said account but they turned this situation into a level of incompetence. I will not longer use Sonora Quest Labs. I do not recommend this comapny.
I just had the best experience I’ve ever had getting lab work done. Their team works so well together, were super efficient, and made the whole process a breeze. Thanks ladies!!

Truly inhumane. I had to do a drug test for a prospective employer, my pee came up about a 1/8" short under the 2-60 line. The girl who did my pee cup said she would time me 45 minutes and directed me to drink water in the lobby. I kept drinking water for over and hour, no one came to check on me or take me to the bathroom. My Raynaud's syndrome started to act up. I had to go to the counter and ask for help, I had to beg to go to the bathroom. I can hear the girls laughing and music playing in the back. The next nurse came to the door I told her please I really have to pee can you get the girl that is helping me. The girl came out and told me straight up, "this is my fault for not being prepared the first time." I stated, "What? I am I supposed to pee in the parking lot?" She said, "there are people before you." I can not believe this type of person is allowed to work in a clinic. She basically directed me to drink water for 45 minutes, and an hour later basically denied my pee emergency to utilize a restroom. I had to go across the street. My bladder hurt for the next couple hours, and my Raynaud syndrome finally quit acting up when I got back into the warm air. Really bad treatment they shouldn't be in health business.
