  I finally have good insurance through my work and was happy to make an appointment, but the girl who answered was rude and couldn’t let me know if they accepted my insurance. Just not the friendly reception that I experienced when I called 6 months ago. Although, I didn’t have dental insurance back then, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, so I was so looking forward to becoming established with Jennings and Larson, however, not now. Unfortunately, my family and I will have to go elsewhere.

  From the first conversation with the office staff, I was treated compassionately. Those girls make you feel like family and they take care of you. The dentist is also excellent. He gives you solutions and discusses what can be done. His work is also excellent and he isn't afraid to try everything he can to make sure you are satisfied.

  This is the dental office to go to in Kingman! I had the most thorough examination I have ever received at a dentist. All my x-rays etc were displayed on the screen in front of me in real time so questions could be asked on the fly. Abi was amazing as was Dr. Seth. At no point were they trying to rush me out and every question was answered and then some. So glad we can bring my whole family to Jennings and Larson!

  I have been a patient for well over 10 years! I called to make a appointment the female who answered the phone seemed to not be the normal friendly voices you hear.I asked to make a appointment and was asked about my insurance that I have had for years she said it did not matter she still needed the number of the new card I said I did not have it available I was in bed and had a bad fall she showed no empathy stating she needed it before making an appointment!!! What if I was not insured and wanted to pay cash? This was not good customer service especially because I have gone 2 times a year for years have never not paid. Looking for a new dentist obviously not customer service oriented or loyal to customers as we as customers are loyal to them. No statement orcall back when you have your card.So was upset and hung up

  Very thorough, friendly, fast and most importantly informative on what's going on inside your mouth. I recommend it to anyone and sending family and friends there. Also can't forget the state of art equipment they use. Place doesn't look like much on the outside, but be blown away once you step inside 5* is not good enough for this Dentist office.
