I had a horrible experience with the customer service provided. It appeared that the staff members were preoccupied with other things intead of their actual work, and I felt that customers were not given individual attention. I spent two and a half hours attempting to resolve an issue. My daughter's labs for blood work were faxed twice from her doctor's office. I confirmed the correct office location and fax number with them on both occasions, and even received a direct fax number from one of your employees. However, I was informed both times that the lab work had not been received. It was quite frustrating to repeatedly request a recheck, only to be met with what appeared to be confused and unconcerned expressions each time I inquired. Ultimately, I found it necessary to travel to Tucson to personally confirm with my doctor's office whether the lab work had been submitted. Indeed, it had been, and I was able to have my toddler's blood work completed at a Sonoran Labs facility in Tucson within 15 minutes, thanks to the efficient and professional technicians there. I will never recommend this Sonoran lab location to anyone. Staff members are a bunch of lazy, unprofessional, and not so bright.
