I understand they are trying to assist people by offering covid vaccines, but it is at the detriment of their customers. I tried calling for over 3 hours to get antibiotics filled for my double pneumonia, no one answered the phone, and the voice-mail wasn't allowing messages. I had to drive myself to the pharmacy just for them to start the process. A few days prior I called to get antibiotics filled for my daughter and was actually told I would have to wait a day because they were too busy giving covid shots. There were minor issues prior to this that I overlooked...but I dont think I can over look this.
