  Hate writing a great review because this place is already super busy but I have to write about Lab Tech Samantha. She is so kind and caring amazingly patience with me. Fabulous at listening. I always feel good and satisfied I will get true results with Sonora Quest. It is very important in my case.

  DO NOT BRING BABIES HERE. they told me they could do pediatrics, I thought theyd be able to draw blood from my sons veins. When we got back to the room, They said since he was so small theyd have to do a heel stick. THEY WERE GOING TO TRY TO MILK 5 BIG VIALS OF BLOOD FROM MY BABIES HEEL!! I stopped them and said theres no way theyd be able to get that much and theyd just end up hurting him. The nurses said "yeah thats what we thought" BUT THEY WERE STILL GOING TO TRY HAD I NOT STOPPED THEM???? Don't let these people anywhere near your infant.

  Couldn't be reached by phone. My doctor specifically told me I needed to call the lab before I went in, but no one answers their phone and it won't allow a voicemail either. I called a few times to no response.

  The technicians here were the absolute best! They took me within minutes of my scheduled appointment. I had booked for a service they actually didn't perform (anyone booking a biometric for an employer benefits screening- call first) but they called around and found me the closest location that did these tests and scheduled me the next available appointment for later that afternoon. Highly recommend!

  I have had my blood drawn more times than I can even count so I feel like I can give a super honest review of how well this time went. Erica had MAD skills! My veins were hard to find and she had to use one in my wrist. I'm no stranger to that and normally it isn't the most comfortable spot. Let me tell you, she made it completely unnoticeable! She and Ashley were fun to talk to as well. It was like chatting with friends who also are taking blood out of your body. I'll def be back and I'm not just saying that because it's 5 minutes from my house. Thanks for making my day not suck!
