  Never been through this process before. It's been a rough few months as I'm between jobs. As I'm a driver, eyesight is important. Mine needed attention. So I saw the two pairs for $79 and went to Stanton Optical. From the phone call to make an appointment, to choosing frames and filling my prescription everybody was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Jennifer was professional and kind. She went out of her way to get me what I needed at the price in the ad. She sent an email and called as well when my new glasses were ready to pick up. Stanton Optical will be my go to for glasses from now on.

  Where do i start? Ok! So from the time we walked in the door, they made us feel like we were long time friends/family! From all the pre eye tests to exam and trying on contacts and glasses this was the easiest and best eye exam i have ever experienced in all my years of getting my eyes checked. I kept saying why did i wait so long to come here?! My husband is now going to switch and my mom stated she will also look into switch places now! Yall were amazing! I appreciate you going through and explaining everything and the process.

  I took my niece here to get new contacts since her glasses broke. I want to take a moment to recognize the staff here. As soon as we walked in they were soo welcoming and friendly. We never felt rushed through the entire process and they answered all of the questions we had. I love seeing this type on genuine customer service. My niece and I loved the experience overall. Thank you!

  It's a long drive for me from Scottsdale, but absolutely worth it. Because they're the best! Found them by accident, over two years ago, when my glasses broke and I urgently needed a new pair - this was the only optical that could help me in such a short time! And thank God for that. They're super friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Haley replaced my broken frame twice, no questions asked. John told me what neurologists couldn't - that there was an issue with my head muscles, which could be corrected with glasses - whereas MDs could only recommend drugs. I don't even want to find a closer optical - I think I've made my decision for a long time!

  Well, you get what you pay for, I guess. The servic ies excellent and they are all very helpful, nice, and friendly. Even if a majority of the cheapest frames just were not wearable for me. That's just personal taste though. The reason for the low starrage is, well, frankly, they didn't get anything right about my prescription. One of the eyes on my distance glasses is woefully undercorrected and the angle or whatever for the astigmatism is wrong for the other eye. I still can't really see very well in these. The readers, I just tried on for the first time and as I thought, they are completely wrong and unnecessary. I can't see the barest bit of a thing through those. I'm not farsighted and I said that. The reason I can't see close up is because with a moderate astigatism, you can't see any distance well. Too many eye doctors either overlook this or don't really care, from what I've experienced. They're some of the worst about ignoring you when you report a change or a problem - if its not their pet pathology, they ignore it and hope you'll shut up about it. Thats why I didn'ht discover I was colorblind until I was almost 40, and same with my entire lack orf depth perception. Oh and my glasses broke off at the earpiece, both sides at once, like a week after I got them. So, I honestly cannot recommend them personally. if you have a simple straightforward RX and dont mind going either for librarian chic or 70s serial killer, you'll do fine.
