Worst lab ever! Waited well over an hour with an appointment! Finally got called back to be told they don’t take my insurance even tho when I made the appointment it had me put the company and member ID and it said insurance accepted! Waste of time and staff including the front desk and phlebotomist rude as can be!
If you ever get Amaya, you’re in good hands ! She did amazing, it was so painless and very fast. I hope she stays at this location if they treat her well! She is a great worker and gets the job done .

Worst experience in my life my son is 3 year old and has had he blood drawn there today by moe and he decided that he was gonna be the worst person ever my son is very curious and understood the whole process of getting his blood drawn I have been telling him all about it so he didn’t have a melt down so when we get called back you can already tell on moe face he didn’t want to take my child blood just by the look on his face and once we are in the room my son was asking all these questions and moe just sat there ignoring him so I was explaining it to my son and I even apologized to moe for how curious my son was well when moe out the tourniquet on my son that what hurt him the most so I explained to my son that once he gets the needle in he will take it off well moe didn’t and kept it on there don’t try and comfort my son and yes just a little bit longer so naturally my 3 year old went to grabbed it and I held his hand down and moe decided to yell at my son that he needed to stop moving mind you my son was not moving trying to get away or anything he was just trying to say the tourniquet was hurting by this point moe didn’t listen and take it off even after he had the needle in and the blood was coming out my son arm was turning purple at this point then moe decided to take the needle at and basically with a stern voice say I can’t risk getting poke he won’t stop moving saying that we either need to come back or take a break because he didn’t get all the blood he needed so I ask my 3 year old are you okay with doing the other arm and he said yea at this point I’m already pissed off and so he did the other arm no problem because moe decided to take the tourniquet off right away once he got the needle in and he basically said since you some kept moving his left arm is gonna have a bruise and sent us on our way
No words to describe this terrible place and staff. I guess this how it goes these days !!!!!! Good luck if you go.
