  This location is busier than the one I normally go to but I did have an appt so my wait wasn’t too long. The ladies/employees that I encountered were all friendly.

  My phlebotomist, a young lady, was the best at drawing blood I have ever seen. I have one small wriggly vein that rolls and moves. It is practically invisible. I was in and out before my appointment was even scheduled. The only negative experience I had was an old grouch who cut in front of me in line to complain at the desk at 640 am. (Just 10 minutes after her scheduled appointment). 10/10 would recommend.

  Terrible experience. Waited for over 45 minutes after checking-in in the iPad (as they ask you when you approach to talk to talk to somebody at front desk). They looked up me and since “i missed my appointment”, best they can do is treat me as “walk-in” so I can wait another 45min. No solution, empathy or care about other people’s time. Unbelievable.

  This place used to be good but not anymore. I don't know what happened. I had an appointment for 6:30 am ,got taken back at 6: 40 only because I asked how much longer it would be. The young woman who took my blood wasn't very good. I have one good vein but it moves. I told her this. We'll she puts the needle in and proceeds to move it around because she missed my vein. She then kind of rudely asks if there's any where else she can draw from. I suggested my hand. Again she got the needle in and moved it around. It's now a week later and I'm waiting for my results. Nothing posting. I call which is another aggravation itself but wanted to find out where my labs were. I'm told they only post when they are all in. They've never done that before. They have always posted as they are done.
