Jen was professional, kind, and incredibly skilled she made the entire process quick, smooth, and completely painless. She found my vein on the first try (which never happens!) and chatted with me the whole time, which really helped me relax. Before I knew it, we were done no pain, no bruising, just a positive experience from start to finish. :)) If you ever need to get your blood drawn, ask for Jen C. She’s truly the best!!! Gentle touch, warm energy, and top-notch professionalism. Thank you Jen for turning something I usually dread into such a pleasant experience!

Change your hours to accurately reflect when the business is open, please. ***Went back today at 4:35 and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and professional. I did notice that the office clock is set about 5 minutes fast. Maybe they accidentally closed early?

My husband has been to this location too, and we have always experienced safe, caring, prompt, and professional service. The ladies go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, especially if you are like me, a total chicken when it comes to needles and blood, plus a very difficult draw. They are also very patient (trust me!), and take their time to explain things, put you at ease and distract you. Also, the facility is very clean and nice! As a germaphobic lol, I don't get too freaked out here. All I hope is this location is always open, and the staff remains the same!
