  If I had a need for a service they provide, I would use them again. But it wouldnt be a first, second or third choice. They had appointments available the next day. The facility was clean and welcoming. The nurses were typical - some nice, some aloof. The NP who performed my IUD insertion was very personable and had excellent bedside manner. The only problem I had with the experience was extremely frustrating and overshadowed the experience. My low review is due to the way my private insurance was handled. It took them over 2 hours to verify my coverage. I know this only takes minutes with all other providers. They only finally "magically" obtained the insurance verification when I approached them after 2 hours in the waiting room and offered to call my insurance provider on my own. I suspect I had been forgotten about. My insurance was just ran 2 days prior with my usual Dr. My insurance is not state provided and covered my expenses 100%. Im not sure why this was an issue. In conclusion, I wouldnt prefer to use them again bc of the lack of courtesy to my time. Aside from that it was plesant enough.

  Do NOT come here for an abortion. I got the pill one, after I did it all and i had to come back to make sure it worked successfully and nothing was left in my stomach they did the ultrasound and said everything was good and nothing was left. And a month later I find myself bleeding profusely all over my bathroom and the entire trip the ER, I would not stop. Find out there that I STILL had left over stuff in my belly and I was NOT okay. The abortion was not complete. I was not only bleeding so bad but passing fat clumps the size of a softball. Had a D&C scheduled at the hospital and had got the rest removed. AND I TRIED CALLING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES, I reported it and wanted to talk to the actual owner of this place and told me they would get back to me and never would return my calls!

  was such a good experience- went in for my abortion consultation (ultrasound) and everyone was super nice! it was a quick process, despite how many people you’re required to talk to. i had never had an ultrasound before and was nervous for the wand but it truly was so easy, no pain, and i felt comfortable with all the staff. they were all super informative and helped me make the decision on which way i wanted to go about the abortion. although i didn’t get the actual procedure done here, i went to the one in tempe as they had a sooner appointment, i still highly recommend. up front about the costs and what to expect.
